We Help Transform The Lives Of Everyday People By Quickly Getting Them Out Of Pain And Back To Normal After An Injury Or Surgery Naturally Using The MAGICAL 5 Step Healing Process.
Are you suffering with chronic pain, lower back stiffness, serious muscle tension, neck pain or headaches? Have you been struggling with pain or a condition for years that now feels like it’s starting to take over your life? Or do you have a stubborn spouse who might be experiencing these conditions?
It can be very tempting to simply live with it and hope that it’ll go away on its own. Or pass it off as something that “everyone your age” will have to “put up with” at some point.
At MOSS Rehabilitation, we treat a variety of conditions that too often hold folks back — when they deserve, and are capable of, more. Weakness leads to balance problems and falls. Back pain leads to sciatica and numbness (pain running down the leg to the foot). Knee pain can be debilitating for your mobility and lead to a host of issues if left untreated. The list goes on.
Despite all of this, we know that the best way to get back to full health is by completing our 5 Phases of Healing:
We work with you to build a plan that will keep you healthy over the long term. No injections. No pills. No surgeries.
We work hands on with you to find the root of your health problems and a proper diagnosis before moving forward with treatment.
See some of the conditions we treat below. Please contact our office if you have a problem not listed.
Did you know that over 80 percent of the population will suffer from some sort of back pain during their life? And sciatica is one of the most common conditions we treat at MOSS. If you’re experiencing back pain, numbness or tingling through your lower back down to your leg, understand that over time, back pain and sciatica can completely ruin your life. It can take time away from your children or grandchildren and prevent you from working or doing the things you truly enjoy. Most people think that it will “just go away.” Or, they go to the doctor and get some dangerous pain pills, only to have the pain continue. Without the proper treatment, this can lead to debilitating chronic pain and decreased enjoyment of life.
The specialists at MOSS Rehabilitation Center are ready to help you diagnose your back pain and sciatica issues precisely and help you heal in a natural way. Click here to learn more about how the Physical therapy team at MOSS Rehabilitation Center can help you live with less back pain.
One in 3 Americans have neck pain that interferes with their daily lives each and every year. Whether that’s from an underlying condition, lifting groceries, a car accident, or hunching over your computer for 8 hours per day, neck pain can be debilitating. Not only that, but very often people with neck pain end up compensating for it and making their neck pain worse. If you are struggling during the day because of neck pain, or having difficulty turning your head when you drive, or neck stiffness that’s keeping you from getting a good night’s sleep, let us help you ease annoying, daily, irritating neck and shoulder pain naturally — before it gets any worse.

Shoulder pain and decreased mobility often means that you are not able to do all of the things you would like to do such as lifting your kids, yard work, driving, dressing and sleeping. You might even struggle with simple things such as reaching the top shelf or even doing your hair in the morning. Who needs a bad shoulder and bad hair? The culprit could likely be your rotator cuff, a group of four muscles that runs from the shoulder blade to the arm. This can lead to weakness, stiffness and pain. If not addressed, it will only get worse, possibly leading to surgery.
Treated right, shoulder/rotator cuff injuries can heal and restore strength and mobility and allow you to get back to normal. Click here if you would like to know how the Physical therapy team at MOSS Rehabilitation Center can help you live with less shoulder pain.

I am a veteran of Moss Therapy, this is my 3rd trip through the clinic dating back to 2015. Dr. Robert and Craig are the constants in the clinic. The absolute best of what they do and entertaining as well. The staff has been fluid through the years but all have been warm and welcoming as well as well trained professionals. When i first started with intense pain down my left leg after one session with Robert improvement began. I turned the corner to healing and have steadily progressed. I have all the faith in Moss therapy and all those employed within and do not hesitate to shout their praises from start of the day to end. I love them !!
Sandy came to us with left arm pain radiating pain down to her hand after her knee buckled and gave way causing her to fall. Her symptoms were burning and aching in the thumb, index and middle finger. She was suffering with headaches and mild sleep disturbances. She stated that her "arm feels like it is going to fall off". Sandy tried wearing a tennis elbow strap and heating pad but couldn’t get any relief.
Sandy TaliaferroKristi came to us following a slow onset of achilles pain requiring surgery. As a nurse she had to return to being on her feet all day at the hospital while working in the ICU. Initially she was in a walker boot and cruising a knee scooter as she was not allowed to put weight on her foot. After 4 months of therapy she was finally able to return to work and lead a normal life.
“I was very frustrated after surgery because I felt like I wasn’t making any progress and I couldn’t put weight on my foot. The pain was more than I expected”. She credits Annie for really helping her along and “going above and beyond to keep her motivated and to reach my goals” After therapy Kristi is “back to normal and doing everything on her own and walking normally”.

Running for a number of years did a number on Kathy’s knee and she just couldn't take it anymore. Kathy works as a personal trainer and after trying everything she could think of without relief she decided to get a new knee. When she came to MOSS she had the typical pain complaints along with loss of motion and strength along with difficulty doing her normal daily activities.
After her surgery she felt “depressed that she couldn’t do her normal daily activities and felt that physical therapy was the best option to help her get back to normal. When she finished her therapy she had regained her full mobility and strength allowing her to return to work as a personal trainer and perform her daily activities.
Tina came to MOSS Rehabilitation Center with complaints of lower back pain without a specific injury and frequent falls. She felt like she had lost strength and had poor coordination when she moved around. She was struggling to go up and down the steps in her home, carry in her groceries and walk her dog.
After therapy she was able to walk longer with improved balance making her daily activities much easier. She states that after just a few visits she noticed a difference putting on her socks. Overall she feels like therapy helped her "immensely with the pain and improvements in her strength.
