We Help Transform The Lives Of Everyday People By Quickly Getting Them Out Of Pain And Back To Normal After An Injury Or Surgery Naturally Using The MAGICAL 5 Step Healing Process.
At MOSS Rehabilitation Center, our purpose is clear: to change the lives of everyday people by quickly getting them out of pain to help them recover from an injury or surgery. We go beyond medical care at MOSS. Our specialists will offer world-class, hands-on care AND provide you with a quality education about your condition. This will allow you to maintain your health long after you make your first visit here. Our goal is to help you reduce medication usage as much as possible, while focusing on non-invasive and state-of-the-art therapeutic practices to produce results. We meet three criteria you are not so likely to find in other physical therapy clinics. First, we provide hands-on services. Whatever some folks might say, you can’t direct patients to heal themselves. Second, our physical therapists are highly certified with advanced degrees. Years of study — and experience — have put us in a position to find the right diagnosis and treat it properly. Lastly, we use the latest technologies to serve our patients. This includes deep tissue laser therapy and more to decrease your pain and speed up your recovery. Lastly, at MOSS, we subscribe to a seven-point value system that describes the ethos here. We bring these values to every client interaction, whether it’s over the phone talking to you for the first time, you’re a familiar face around the office, or whether it’s with one another among our team! We believe MOSS is a ‘MAGICAL’ place, which is why we live by these values:

He is originally from Amarillo, Texas but currently is happy to live in Springtown. He is married to his beautiful wife Holly and just had his first child, Conrad, born in February 2020. He is involved in his local church, leading the college and career group as well as playing in the worship band. He also enjoys sports (especially fantasy football) and hiking in his free time.

Jamie is so excited to be a member of the MOSS Rehabilitation team!
Dalene is the first person you see when you come into the clinic and is usually the last one to tell you to “Have a nice day.” She oversees the day to day activities of the front office and helps to make sure all patients have a wonderful experience here at MOSS. Dalene loves to talk to patients and tries to make them all feel like family. Dalene is married to her highschool sweetheart of 35 years. She has 2 grown sons, a wonderful daughter-in-law who is the daughter she always wanted and a precious grandson who is the light of her life. In her downtime she enjoys crafting, baking, reading and spending time with her extended family and friends.

In her free time, Kim enjoys quality time with her family and always appreciates a good baseball game.

Depending on where she’s needed you may find her on the floor working with the patients or working up front in the front office doing different tasks to help others out. Shay has been working for Moss for 2 years. Outside of the office Shay is a mom of 3 children. She loves playing with them outside, watching them play sports on their own, and keeping busy.
Annie is determined in attaining her Physical Therapy Assistant licensure through Weatherford College, and MOSS Rehabilitation Center is an excellent opportunity in broadening her knowledge and experience in physical therapy. Annie loves anything to do with pugs, bubble tea because it is fun and different, and is an avid viewer of the television shows “Parks and Recreation” and “The Office.” She detests the heat of summer, and has stupendous spelling skills. Annie enjoys serving others and loves her job.

“I first came to Moss Rehabilitation at my doctor’s insistence for help with my neck and shoulder pain. For me this was a last resort and after trying everything else. Because I have both a liver AND a kidney transplant, pain meds weren’t an option for me. Neither was injections or surgery. I felt I was setup to live a life of pain and missing out on so much. Then...a bright spot… it was hope. It had been so long since I had seen hope that I almost didn’t recognize it that day I met Craig and Jaime. To my surprise, they were able to help me on the first day! I was in literal tears…(so was Jaime!). Tears of joy, relief and my old friend, hope. I left my first visit with more movement and less pain than I had in months! I Continued my full course of treatment and improved each visit. Not only that, but as a bonus I had found a place among friends… Joseph, Dalene, Shay, Brittany… Everyone. A place where laughter and encouragement abound. Moss Rehabilitation Center is truly the DISNEYWORLD of physical therapy, because it really is the happiest place on earth. Thank you for the life changing care you brought to me and ALL your patients. With love, Tia Davidson”

I am a veteran of Moss Therapy, this is my 3rd trip through the clinic dating back to 2015. Dr. Robert and Craig are the constants in the clinic. The absolute best of what they do and entertaining as well. The staff has been fluid through the years but all have been warm and welcoming as well as well trained professionals. When i first started with intense pain down my left leg after one session with Robert improvement began. I turned the corner to healing and have steadily progressed. I have all the faith in Moss therapy and all those employed within and do not hesitate to shout their praises from start of the day to end. I love them !!
Before I started physical therapy, I could not raise my right arm up very high to get anything off of a shelf. Now my right shoulder and neck is better when raising my arm. The physical therapy has helped, and i really do recommend Moss Rehabilitation, I have used them on my lower back, my ankle, my neck. I continue to do the exercises because I know they help. I will always use Moss Rehabilitation when I need physical therapy.
Another new journey when I tore my meniscus. I could not walk or bend my knee. The knee was also really swollen. I could not roll over in bed or could not get out of a chair. When I came to Moss Rehabilitation Center Dr. Craig was really helpful and awesome. He is very patient and understanding, Information and very professional. Now I can get around better, Still need continually keep doing my exercises that Dr. Craig has given me. I believe in another couple months I will be just fine. Dr. Craig is great in what he does and very satisfied with him. Thanks for everything.
