“Cast of Characters”

At MOSS Rehabilitation Center, our purpose is clear: to change the lives of everyday people by quickly getting them out of pain to help them recover from an injury or surgery. We go beyond medical care at MOSS. Our specialists will offer world-class, hands-on care AND provide you with a quality education about your condition. This will allow you to maintain your health long after you make your first visit here. Our goal is to help you reduce medication usage as much as possible, while focusing on non-invasive and state-of-the-art therapeutic practices to produce results.

We meet three criteria you are not so likely to find in other physical therapy clinics. First, we provide hands-on services. Whatever some folks might say, you can’t direct patients to heal themselves. Second, our physical therapists are highly certified with advanced degrees. Years of study — and experience — have put us in a position to find the right diagnosis and treat it properly. Lastly, we use the latest technologies to serve our patients. This includes deep tissue laser therapy and more to decrease your pain and speed up your recovery.

Lastly, at MOSS, we subscribe to a seven-point value system that describes the ethos here. We bring these values to every client interaction, whether it’s over the phone talking to you for the first time, you’re a familiar face around the office, or whether it’s with one another among our team! We believe MOSS is a ‘MAGICAL’ place, which is why we live by these values:

  • Making a difference
  • Attitude
  • Gratitude
  • Integrity
  • Customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Leadership

Character Traits

Although I don’t really have a Seinfeld name I guess I would be “Jerry.” I am serious at times, have a dry sense of humor and have a wonderful group of friends that I work with. I love to laugh and get the biggest kick out of the stories I hear in the clinic and from my kids at home. I actually have a Klein mountain bike hanging in my garage similar to the one hanging up in Jerry’s apartment.

Annie Maxwell
(PT Assistant)

Annie is determined in attaining her Physical Therapy Assistant licensure through Weatherford College, and MOSS Rehabilitation Center is an excellent opportunity in broadening her knowledge and experience in physical therapy. Annie loves anything to do with pugs, bubble tea because it is fun and different, and is an avid viewer of the television shows “Parks and Recreation” and “The Office.” She detests the heat of summer, and has stupendous spelling skills. Annie enjoys serving others and loves her job.

Character Traits

Annie reminds me of Leslie from Seinfeld. Leslie is the “low talker” that Kramer dates and during a dinner conversation with Jerry and Elaine she asks Jerry to wear her “puffy shirt” on a TV show. Jerry can’t hear her but agrees anyway. Annie is very sweet but can be very quiet so make sure you get your ears on when you talk to her.
