MOSS Rehabilitation Center was established in May of 2006 with the goal of providing Springtown and the surrounding areas with quality Physical Therapy services.

Since opening the doors, MOSS Rehabilitation Center has continued to expand the services offered to its patients to help them resume pain free activities.

• Spinal Decompression/Traction
• Trigger Point Dry Needling
• Kinesiotaping
• Pre and Post operative programs
• Return to work Programs
• Strengthening and Flexibility exercises
• Therapeutic modalities (Electrical Stimulation, Ultrasound, Moist Heat and Ice)

MOSS Rehabilitation Center provides a facility where the whole family can receive therapy services in a friendly and family oriented environment. We will work with each client individually to establish a treatment plan based on their specific diagnosis, prognosis and best treatment options.
